Implementation of Banking Contract Support in the Pilot Project of the State Agency for State Property Management

OJSC "Eldik Bank" joined the pilot project of the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at introducing the mechanism of Banking support of contracts in the procurement process of state and municipal enterprises.

In 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to systematize the procurement of state and municipal enterprises. To implement this project, the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic became the authorized body. Having studied the experience of introducing the mechanism of banking support of contracts in public procurement, the agency decided to test this mechanism in the procurement processes of state enterprises.

OJSC "Eldik Bank" was selected as one of the authorized banks and became a participant in the pilot project. Currently, the bank is actively interacting with other project participants to ensure the successful implementation of banking support of contracts in the procurement system. The bank also provides consulting services for all interested state enterprises.
