“Eldik Bank” took part in FinTech Festival - 2024 in Singapore

The Eldik Bank delegation took part in the FinTech Festival - 2024 in Singapore - the world's largest event dedicated to the development of financial technologies.

The event brought together leading representatives of the international fintech industry, investors, innovators and technology leaders from 150 countries, who discussed the topics of artificial intelligence in financial services, ESG and fintech within the framework of sustainable development, and new payment services.

During the festival, Eldik Bank held a number of meetings with international experts from the World Bank on the issues of instant cross-border payments in the region and the global project of the Banking Innovation Center to introduce a fast transfer system in cooperation with the central banks of India, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Thailand.

The Bank also took an active part in the sessions “ESG and financial technologies within the framework of sustainable development”, where key issues of integrating environmental, social and governance aspects into the financial sector were discussed.

In addition, as part of promoting the HR brand, representatives of Eldik Bank discussed with the event participants the issue of attracting and retaining talent. During the discussions, the importance of professional development, flexibility of the work process, employee engagement and methods of their compensation were noted.
