Event - dialogue as a trend of joint launch of MP "Ishker24" with business

A large-scale event from the MEGA&RSK Bank collaboration was held in the capital to jointly launch a mobile application for entrepreneurs with businesses and government agencies. The event was launched with a digital video address by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. The President once again emphasized the importance of understanding and accepting the tax reform as a contribution and creative initiative to the development of the country and our society.

As noted by the Chairman of the Board of RSK Bank OJSC Ulanbek Nogaev: "The digital solution is being created at the initiative of the head of state on the resources of the GovFinTech collaboration MEGA&RSK Bank." "Ishker24" is being implemented based on the recommendations of businesses, our entrepreneurs for a systematic and convenient transition to the new tax legislation. After all, from July 1, 2024, a patent for trading activities will be canceled in Kyrgyzstan. Therefore, now, in advance, we invite small and medium businesses to test and improve our common MP "Ishker24". This will allow a smooth transition to the tax regime, and in the future, manage all life cycles of your business completely online, without visiting government agencies." The event brought together representatives of the country's business associations, market associations, entrepreneurs and activists, and representatives of government agencies. As noted by the General Director of Alfa Telecom CJSC (MEGA): "On behalf of the President of our country and with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, in collaboration with RSK Bank, we set a goal to create a mobile application that relieves the pain of an entrepreneur, and successfully launched it in test mode. The main goal of today's event is the presentation of the Ishker24 application, and namely the collection of feedback on version 1.0 of the application, as well as updating, together with the business, the plan for launching further versions of the mobile application. Listening to and hearing citizens and clients is the most effective tool in creating digital products. To this end, we held a large-scale caravan of digital knowledge "Ishker24.okyy" throughout the country, where after the training we listened to all the wishes of entrepreneurs. Based on the results of the caravan in all regions, we saw positive dynamics and readiness of citizens to switch to a more convenient digital format of interaction, and mobile financial services of our companies, in particular."

As part of the master mind session - joint modeling of solution versions - participants exchanged recommendations and wishes for improving "Ishker24" for an hour. There were also many questions about tax reform. Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service Dubanaev Adilet noted that a number of other platforms with an explanation of the new tax legislation are planned.

Based on the results of the event - dialogue, a plan was drawn up for the launch of additional application modules by July 1, 2024, a list of user improvements was formed, a plan was planned to improve the quality of the information systems of the State Tax Service, State Institution "Tunduk", State Enterprise "Infocom" - on the basis of which "Ishker24" operates.
