Eldik Bank Becomes a Partner of the International Forum “Digital Skills for All: NEW FACES”
On April 20, 2025, the international forum “Digital Skills for All: NEW FACES” was held in Bishkek, organized by the public charitable foundation “Kyrgyz Technowomen.” Eldik Bank served as an official partner of the event, supporting initiatives aimed at developing digital competencies and expanding opportunities for women and youth across Central Asia.
The forum served as a platform for open dialogue, knowledge exchange, and sharing real success stories in the fields of digitalization and inclusion. Key issues related to gender policy in the Kyrgyz Republic were discussed, with special emphasis on the Presidential Decree encouraging the active involvement of women in digital development and innovation. The event was honored by the presence of the First Lady of the Kyrgyz Republic, Aigul Japarova.
During the panel session, Saikal Zamirbekova, Regional Manager of the Regional Lending Coordination Division of the Credit Department at Eldik Bank, presented the product "Ishker-Aiym" — a financial program designed to support women entrepreneurs. The initiative provides affordable financing and advisory support to women looking to start or grow their businesses.
In addition, Eldik Bank representatives were present to provide consultations on credit options and current job vacancies at the bank.
