ESG training for branch directors of Eldik Bank OJSC

Eldik Bank conducted ESG training for branch directors with the aim of introducing sustainable development principles into regional processes. As part of the training, participants deepened their knowledge of key ESG aspects: understanding climate and environmental risks, developing and managing green projects, and assessing social and governance factors when making decisions.

Particular attention was paid to practical tools for integrating sustainable approaches into everyday banking activities, including lending, customer service and internal operational processes.
