Türkiye and Kyrgyzstan will expand the scale of e-commerce from regional to global level

On June 13, 2024, a ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement was held in Istanbul with the participation of the Chairman of the Board of Eldik Bank OJSC (formerly RSK Bank) Ulanbek Nogaev, General Director of Kyrgyzpochtasy OJSC Marat Cherikchiev and General Director of the Turkish Postal subsidiary PTTeM Hakan Cevikoglu.

The e-commerce and e-export project, developed in collaboration with PTTeM, Kyrgyzposhta and Eldik Bank, will cover countries in the region, including Turkey and Kyrgyzstan.

During the meeting, Hakan Çevikoğlu stated that by combining the experience and influence of the three companies in the field of e-commerce and e-export logistics, steps will be taken to better introduce Turkish and Kyrgyz products to local, regional and global consumers.

In turn, Ulanbek Nogaev noted that Eldik Bank will launch a marketplace in which a wide range of financial services will be presented, including obtaining loans for the purchase of goods and services.

- The main objective of the partnership is to meet the new purchasing habits and expectations of consumers, in connection with the development of technology and the Internet. And the creation of a unified digital platform will be an excellent solution,” added U. Nogaev.

Marat Cherikchiev expressed confidence in the success of cooperation in the e-commerce and electronic export sector.

It is worth noting that as part of the cooperation, multilingual customer support services will be activated, which will provide 24-hour service in Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and the countries of the region.
