Eldik Bank became the first corporate partner of the National Association of HR Experts!
This step continues the large-scale transformation of the Bank launched last year. As part of this transformation, a strategic session was held with the participation of specialists from the Adizes Institute (New York), and for six months the bank attracted international coaches and trainers to implement the best global practices. HR Director Nurzana Dzhakypbekova noted: "Transformation is, first of all, a change in the worldview of employees. We will be able to effectively rebuild the business model, introduce modern services and interact with clients in a new way only if the focus of employees changes to the bank's client-centricity."
