New type of fraud

Dear customers,

We inform you about a new type of fraud.

Users in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp) receive a message "Hi, is that you in the photo?" and an .APK file under the heading "PHOTO"

The message contains an .apk file, which, when opened, downloads an application to the smartphone, giving the attackers full access to personal information.
Then the fraudsters easily log into banking applications, write off all the money and apply for loans, which they immediately transfer to themselves.

A photograph cannot have the APK extension, unlike malware. If you receive such a message, do not download the files or open the link under any circumstances.

Follow simple rules of digital hygiene.

1. Use antiviruses.
2. Always update your smartphone's operating system
3. Install the latest versions of applications
4. Set a ban on installing programs from unknown sources
5. Delete emails from unknown contacts
6. Do not download files from unknown contacts
