Eldik Bank - even closer to the people!
By order of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, RSK Bank OJSC was officially renamed Eldik Bank OJSC. The bank underwent the re-registration procedure with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the same time, Eldik Bank OJSC remains the legal successor of all rights, assets and obligations of RSK Bank OJSC and is still state-owned - 100% of the shares belong to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Over 27 years of presence in the financial sector, Eldik Bank has become the personification of sustainability, stability and reliability. The bank will continue to work to improve the lives of clients in all regions of the country and contribute to the development of the economy of Kyrgyzstan through the implementation of preferential programs, green financing, the introduction of smart solutions, fintech innovations and new standards of customer centricity.
It is worth noting that at the end of 2023, the bank announced the start of a transformation aimed at providing even more progressive solutions for citizens, for the convenience and speed of using traditional banking and new digital services, and strengthening its position in the local and international markets.
- The time has come to bring the outer shell into line with the new status. With the advent of the digital era and the implementation of strategically important social programs, the old name no longer reflects the mission and modern role of the bank. The name “Eldik Bank” fully characterizes our activities. “We are truly a people’s company and we are becoming even closer to people,” notes Ulanbek Nogaev, Chairman of the Board of Eldik Bank OJSC.
It should be added that the renaming will be followed by a phased rebranding of the bank.
For information. OJSC "Eldik Bank" was established in 1996 and is one of the largest banks in Kyrgyzstan. To date, the authorized capital of the bank is 11,401,483,500 soms.
