How to recover Eldik mobile banking password?
- Open the app and click the "Forgot your password?" button.
- Next, in the "Password recovery" section, enter the PIN - the 14-digit personal identification number on the back of your ID passport.
- You will receive an SMS confirmation with a code that you must enter in the pop-up window and confirm.
- To verify your identity, place your face in the center of the oval on the screen.
- Create and enter a new password (according to security requirements), and then confirm it.
- Create a short access code and repeat it.
- Next, the app will prompt you to enable the biometric login function, which allows you to quickly log into mobile banking using Face ID or a fingerprint.
- That's it, your password is restored!
