How to create a currency conversion order in Internet banking?

To do this, go to the Eldik Bank website, in the “Internet banking” section, follow the “login link” and enter your login and password, then open the “Documents” tab → “Currency” → “Currency conversion orders” and create a new document.

After that, a window will appear in which you must fill in the following fields:

1. Select the types of currencies being sold and purchased.

2. Accounts for debiting and crediting must be selected from the directory.

3. The ratio column is set according to the rules:
“from smaller to larger”, for example: RUB for 1USD.

4. Enter the amount to be debited and credited.

5. The rate will be displayed automatically.

6. Click the “Save” button.

To send the document to the bank, click “Sign and send”.

After this, the document status will change to “UPLOADED”, which means that the payment has been successfully created and sent to the bank system. As soon as the document is processed by a bank employee, the status will change to “PASSED”.

❗️Important: When receiving an individual rate, in the “Do not automatically calculate the amount of the purchased currency” column, you must uncheck the box to enable manual entry.
