Eldik Bank became an official partner of the Central Asian Forum EXPO 2024
Eldik Bank became the official partner of the Central Asian Forum EXPO 2024 on e-commerce. The forum has established itself as the main event in the world of online trade and digital business in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Chairman of the Management Board Ulan Nogaev addressed a message to all participants and guests of the event. He noted the contribution of the people's bank to the development of the e-com industry and support of the E-Commerce Association as a strategic step to accelerate the process of Kyrgyzstan becoming a dynamic developing player in the international online trade market. He also announced the synchronization of the Bank's strategy to take a course on digital transformation and support for the development of the country's strategic direction - e-commerce. Ulan Nogaev spoke about the work being done to launch the national marketplace.
At the event, we also presented our digital GovFinTech ecosystem "Ishker 24" from the collaboration of Eldik Bank & MEGA. Head of the collaboration project office Tatyana Shakhin also announced in her presentation the possibility of partnership with the Ishker business platform for tax services. And invited representatives of the financial sector, startups and the IT community to partner in the formation of the GovFinTech sector of the country. Let us recall that "Ishker24" is a pilot solution of the collaboration of two companies, which I am implementing in support of the country's tax reform in partnership with the State Tax Service. Today, this mobile application is a full range of key tax and financial services for small and medium-sized businesses. This is an opportunity to completely online, without visiting bank branches and a branch of the State Tax Service, to contactlessly carry out a full range of interaction with government agencies and the tax service at the behest of the life of your enterprise. For small businesses, this is an opportunity not to hire an accountant, since reporting is simplified and you only need to fill in the data that the systems will process automatically. Register an individual entrepreneur, get a cloud signature, check tax arrears, pay taxes, work with ESF and ETTN, open a bank account online, make payments, work with KKM - all this and much more is available in version 3.0 of "Ishker24". The application is a social project, currently free to use, no commissions.
Head of the Department of Remote Banking Services Chinara Eshenkulova in her presentation reported how Internet acquiring and payment acceptance services using dynamic QR codes can help small and medium-sized enterprises in Kyrgyzstan, providing businesses with new opportunities for growth and contributing to supporting the transition to cashless payments. E-commerce is gaining momentum, many customers are switching to online shopping and prefer cashless payments. However, in Kyrgyzstan, only large players are connected to Internet acquiring, and small and medium-sized enterprises are still not actively using these tools. Internet acquiring allows entrepreneurs and retail outlets to accept cashless payments from customers using payment cards through their websites or pay using a QR code when visiting retail outlets or through the same websites. In particular, the new service from the bank allows you to generate an individual QR code when paying via a POS terminal with a cash register function. The client just needs to scan the code and confirm the payment, which makes the process faster and more convenient for all parties. A dynamic QR code is created individually for each transaction and is tied to a specific amount, which minimizes the risk of errors and fraud.
This year, the Forum brought together national digital experts, leading e-commerce experts, top buyers, and international speakers. The platform discussed the latest trends in online sales and marketing, practical cases from leading market players.
The organizers and partners managed to create a space where innovations, experience, and the right people meet to solve specific problems and develop the area as a whole.
