From intern to Branch Director

At the end of 2015, I came to RSK Bank for an internship in the Legal Department. After successfully completing the program and passing the test, I was hired as a Lawyer at the Tokmok branch. I live with my family in Bishkek and travel 60 kilometers to work and back every day. In addition to my duties at the main Tokmok office, I often traveled to the Kemin, Ivanovka, Kant and Sokuluk branches, where lawyers were temporarily absent. The work was interesting and versatile, provided valuable experience and new acquaintances, which continue to help me to this day.

 

After working in Tokmok for over a year, I was transferred to the Kant branch to the same position. Four months later, having proven myself on the positive side, I was appointed as a Lawyer for the Chui branch oblast, where a new, intensive stage of my career began. After two years of work in this branch, I was appointed as Deputy Director. I worked in this position for five years, actively participating in the development of the branch.

 

In August 2024, the bank's management entrusted me with the position of director of the Yrysky branch, for which I am sincerely grateful! I am glad of the trust and proud of the opportunity to contribute to the development of our bank.

 

I know for sure that I have found my calling. For me, Eldik Bank is a place where I go with pleasure, where I perceive the bank's successes and achievements as my own. And most importantly: the bank is its people, each of whom is unique and makes an invaluable contribution to the common cause - moving Eldik Bank forward!
