Green loans from Eldik Bank

Eldik Bank OJSC, as part of its ESG strategy, strives to support projects aimed at improving the climate and environment.

The Bank issues loans to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and business entities in the following sectors:

• renewable energy sources;
• energy efficiency;
• green buildings;
• clean transport;
• pollution prevention and control;
• sustainable use of water and waste;
• sustainable agriculture, land management, forestry, biodiversity conservation and eco-tourism.

Funds are issued under the following conditions:

• interest rate: 11% per annum
• term: up to 5 years
• loan amount: from 5 million to 150,000 million soms.

It is worth noting that the bank issued this loan within the framework of the program “Targeted financing of projects according to “green” criteria through partner banks and other financial institutions” of the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
